No Improper or Illegal Parking Allowed

Effective December 1, 2019, Chattahoochee Tech will tow improperly or illegally parked vehicles at the owner’s expense.

Here is a list of conditions that constitute improperly or illegally parked vehicles:

• Vehicles parked in marked fire lanes.
• Parking in marked spaces for disabled persons without displaying a valid disabled person’s license plate or placard.
• Parking in loading areas on any campus.
• Disregarding marked parking spaces by occupying more than one parking space with your vehicle.
• Vehicles parked in areas that are not specifically marked as college parking spaces.

Fees for Towing: $175 initially, plus $25 per day until vehicle is recovered.
