A trusted educational resource for over 10 years, RegisteredNursing.org provides prospective nursing students with educational and career information. Data factoring into the 2024 ranking included pass rates for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). This exam is used by all state boards of nursing across the country to help assess a student’s competency and is required for nursing licensure. In determining Georgia’s top 20 nursing programs, RegisteredNursing.org evaluated over 50 nursing programs across the state.
The Chattahoochee Tech nursing program is a highly competitive and rigorous program involving classroom, laboratory, and clinical activities. Nursing students can complete the college’s associate degree program in four semesters. After the successful completion of the NCLEX-RN exam, program graduates are granted state licensure to practice nursing as an RN.
