Check your Financial Aid Status on your me@Chatt Tech Student Portal FA Card

To check your financial aid requirements:

  1. Go to the me@Chatt Tech Student Portal
  2. Log in using your Okta Account
  3. Select the “Financial Aid Main Menu” option on the Financial Aid card
  4. Select the appropriate Award Year at the top.
  5. All Student Requirements for the corresponding aid year can be found here.

To view your financial aid for the current year:

  1. Go to the me@Chatt Tech Student Portal
  2. Log in using your Okta Account
  3. Select the “My Financial Aid Award” option on the Financial Aid card
  4. Select the current academic year at the top
  5. Estimated Cost of Attendance and current maximum award amounts can be found here
    1. Financial aid pays based on enrollment hours so full award shown may not be applied.
  6. Select “View your Award Payment Schedule” to see maximum amounts per semester
    1. Pell grant for Summer semester will be added if eligible and if enrolled for the Summer

To view your Satisfactory Academic Progress Status:

  1. Go to the me@Chatt Tech Student Portal
  2. Log in using your Okta Account
  3. Select the “My SAP Status” option on the Financial Aid card

To view student balance and authorized aid:

  1. Go to the me@Chatt Tech Student Portal
  2. Log in using your Okta Account
  3. Select the “Account Summary (View My Bill)” option on the Student Accounts card
  4. Select the appropriate term
  5. Current charges and all authorized financial aid can be found here
  6. Current balance for the semester can be found at “Current Due net of Authorized Financial Aid and Memos”
  7. “Account Balance net of Authorized Financial Aid and Memos” is the total amount owed for all semesters, not just the current one. This may be applicable if you owe for a previous semester or a future one.

To view your Account Holds:

  1. Go to the me@Chatt Tech Student Portal
  2. Log in using your Okta Account
  3. Select the “Account Summary (View My Bill)” option on the Student Accounts card
  4. Select the “Holds” icon
  5. Contact the corresponding department to clear any holds
